I appreciate that you can spend hundreds of hours hatching eggs to find that perfect Pokemon. I can't. I don't have that amount of time, nor do I have the drive to sit there and go through the motions. I no longer even BOTHER with competitive battling because of those simple facts. Pokegen and Pokesave are PERFECT tools for people who don't want to sit around and do it the 'old fashioned' way. People who use them to cut time aren't worse Pokemon Masters than those of you who do it by hand, just like you aren't worse than them for wanting to put in the effort. Different strokes and what not. I'm not going to insult you or insinuate that I'm better than you because of my opinion, and you shouldn't do that to other people. THAT was the point of my post. You need to re-evaluate the the way you talk down to people.
Not saying people who work hard are better battlers. Just saying that people who hack in pokemon are not good trainers. In fact, they aren't even training the pokemon. They tend to have next to no appreciation for their pokemon, no hard work to say they managed, yet many of them say that they are so good at pokemon. I know someone like that who brags about how amazing his teams are that he creates every week, and that he went through training his Pokemon so much, and breeding them. You know what he actually did? Pokesaved, and then blamed all of his 'friends' who actually legitimately raise their pokemon of hacking them in.
You tell me. How many competitive battlers would still be good if the world was pokemon, or you couldn't use pokesav, gameshark, or any method of hacking? Maybe 1-5% at most?
