Hacking Help in Guitar Hero(Problem in Music Store)

In the music store, I have some songs downloaded to the Wii and I moved them to the SD. However, when I try to move or delete anything(From the Wii's memory), it says 'Unexpected error reading from the SD Card" Any solutions?
