Homebrew Help! I can't get Homebrew to work on my Wii u

I recently purchased a soft modded Wii U and I can't get Homebrew to open.
An SDcafiine bubble pops up, I click it and this pops up.
I hit back, it goes back to the bubble.
I hit load and it just goes back to Wii U main menu.
How would I do what it's telling?
Do I put in my computer to do that or do I do it from the console with the internet browser?

When you load sdcafiine from hbl it will boot back to the wii u menu with one difference. Your games will now be able to read files from the sd card but you will not see any visible differences to the wii u menu.

So, for example.... If you had any mario kart 8 mods on your sd card - located in sd card root/sdcafiine/mk8 title id for your region/content - then mario kart 8 will load the mods located on your sd card from the path i provided above instead of the standard files in the game.

I would also recommend you try the hbl app store with loads of homebrew apps that you can download direct to your sd card
