Hacking Help! I cannot get TempAR or CWCheat to work. PSP 3001 6.60 PRO C (Fix3)

I've tried several downloads of CWCheat 2.23 and TempAR 1.62-3. Every time I go in the cheat screen and exit, the game locks up and my device reboots. I do not have any other plugins installed. I'm trying them on their own and do not have both on the card at the same time.
