ROM Hack [HELP] How to extract MHGEN arc files?

I have extracted the game's romfs files and taking a quick look noticed just about every file is in .arc format. Now I took a look at them with a hex editor and this is what I have come up with. Any ideas how to decompress these files? Maybe a QuickBMS script or something because I haven't seen anything on ARC files except for MH4U which I doubt is the same format as these files

I quickly wrote a program using my library to unpack a RomFS into ArcFS. It can't repack it into RomFS just yet, I'll add this later when I find some time.

It's MHTools ( Library ) and TestApplication-ArcPacker ( Console Application )

Simply put a folder called "RomFS" in the same directory as the application with all Arc files inside. ( RomFS folder not included ) and it will unpack everything into the ArcFS. ( a new folder called "ArcFS" will be created )
