Hacking Help Getting Games on Wii U

Hi,
I just bought a new Wii U console, and I want to download free games on it, there are so many tutorials online but most of them forget to explain a part, for example installing custom firmware. Can somebody please compile everything needed here step by step (Preferably using WII U USB HELPER, which I found easy) !
