grab the latest version from waninkoko's blog, you'll end up with a boot.dol and that's normal.

now plug your sdcard, you should create (if not yet done) an apps folder, and inside make another folder (name it whatever you want: cios36rev10) and put that boot.dol in it.

insert the sdcard into the wii and turn it on,
run your boot.dol with the homebrew channel,
when asked which method to use for updating/installing, select internet/wifi,
follow the onscreen instructions and that's it, you're done.
