Hi I have an r4i gold 3ds rts. I tried updating the firmware to work with the newest 3ds firmware V6.2.0-12.
I tried running the upgrade patch for V6.2.0-12 from r4ids.cn, I accidentally dropped my 3ds and the r4 came out while it was upgrading. Now the r4 wont wont.
I tried using this method as I have an r4 revolution for a ds light and I have a ds light.
1.Download the latest firmware and unzip it to the root directory of your tf card;
2.Copy Patch to your tf card;
3.You should get a NDSL;
4.Just power your NDSL on and boot up Patch with "A" card;
5.Take "A" card out of the NDSL;
6.Reinsert your broken card into the NDSL;
7.Press KEY_A & updating process will begin;
8.You should keep your NDSL powered on during the updating process;
9.IF the result shows SUCCESS, it means you have updated your card successfully and this card can work
Ive tried this over 10 times now and still no luck. (The upgrade processes when I hit A says failed. and Ive tried both patches).
If any one could help me I would appreciate it Greatly.
