Let me quote this

You just have to make an emunand backup and a backup of your nand's folder in sdmc:/Nintendo 3DS/, then format emunand in system settings, re-link your NNID in your newly formatted emunand, then restore emunand backup and restore your folder in Nintendo 3DS so you don't lose your games and your saves.

use EmuNAND Tool (Google it its on here somewhere) to make the emunand backup

that's what i did.

so backup my emunand (sysnand) and back it up in my Nintendo 3ds folder, than format my emunand(sysnand) in system settings (no sd card), relink my nnid in my newly formatted emunand, then restore my backup and restrore the Nintendo 3ds

Your emunand and sysnand are different your sysnand is your 3DS or what ever and your Emunand is on your sd card or Micro SD card

Well the error is being caused by your nnid being logged into two different 3DS consoles technically

That would be your Sysnand and non existent Emunand

The problem is with seed encryption. Visit the title on the eshop after installing and it will work.

Create a CIA of it and put it in D9Game folder - use decrypt9 after that. there's a tutorial somewhere
