Hacking [Help]Button Changer/Swapper

Do you guys have any Button Swapper like example use the Left Analog to go Left in the Exit Screen

or swap the Function of Left Analog to the UP Analog?


i cant Exit my Game in Naruto because i Swap the Analog and DPad...but my Left/Right Analog is not working but the Up and Down is Working Properly thats why i want to Swap the Functions...
