    Even on the wii u itself this game run at 30 fps max. So i don't think you can get 60 with this emulator no matter what pc specs you have. Btw i just finished it yesterday. Good game but short.

    How do you test the fps on wii u? Paper Mario Color Splash runs at 60fps on cemu though so I assumed it did on wii u as well. It doesn't seem too fast on cemu @60fps like say BotW does.

    You can create a Homebrew app which will display overlay informing how much FPS do you have.
    Although, if PM kills it from memory then Wii U will freeze itself.

    You can always with some programs, record footage and then put it into that program, it will determine how many FPS does your recording have.
