Homebrew Health and Saftey app missing from 2DS

Hi. So I recently tried restoring my 2ds because I bricked my second 3DS I want something WITHOUT homebrew now because I am done with it. So I restored and updated my 2DS to 10.7 It was originally on 9.2 with RXTools I think... The H&S app is now gone. I do not have a back up because I was #Triggered. Anyone know what I could do?

your only options are to either modify sysupdater to install the hs app (might not even be possible) or to downgrade and restore it. both probably require you to have an older backup though

That's strange doing the system update should have reinstalled the health and safety app. I just deleted the health and safety app from my emunand then done system update and it returned all I can suggest is try to do the system update again and it should return this time

Not true, its likely your health and safety app got corrupted by rxtools. It can be fixed, there's a link somewhere on this site telling you how to fix I just can't remember where exactly, it basically involves dumping something from decrypt9 and then copying to your pc and mounting it as a drive before defragging it

So I guess I need to downgrade back to 9.2 and install shit again? Also, lets say after I fix this I want to transfer to another 3ds. Then what?

Do what I said I have now deleted the safety app 3 times from emunand and every time it comes back by doing a system update. The update takes like 4 secs as I the health and safety app is the only thing missing from my 10.7 emuNAND

I need it because in the future I want to do a system transfer to a new 3ds since i bricked both of mine which is why I am stuck with a 2ds. I don't know if not having a H&S will fuck it up.

So I just have to downgrade from 10.7 to 9.2 then go back up and it fixes it self?

Here is my main concern:

I link my NNID to this 3ds from the bricked one by calling Nintendo.
I then get a job and buy another New 3DS
Then I do a system transfer from the 2DS with the non existing H&S app to the New 3DS with it.
Will it work or will it be a corrupted transfer? What exactly does system transfer transfer

Simply because I was planning on getting a new one. This is just more motivation xD

Since he doesn't have backup for his 2DS. I assume he doesn't have any NAND dump for his 3DSes. Which makes unbricking impossible through hardmod. I would check if your 3DSes are still under warranty and send it to Nintendo and they will send it back with latest firmware.

if you have not fixed the issue, just leave it alone. The health and safety app does nothing useful anyway.
