@FIX94 i'm having problems with haxchi, i've just added 1 button to launch, but i cannot make it work no matter what, i'm getting error "-4" even with default=hbc1.4.
This is the code on the config.txt:
Code:
a=wiiu/apps/singpatcher/sign_patcher.elf
x=fw.img
default=wiiu/apps/homebrew_channel/homebrew_channel.elf
i've reinstalled it with haxchi 2.2u1, but i cannot get it working no matter what i do.
I've even formatted my SD card cause it had some problem, but now it should be working perfect, not?

Edit: Now is giving me a sd mount fail, reformatting right now

Its suppost to be
default=wiiu/apps/homebrew_launcher/homebrew_launcher.elf not
default=wiiu/apps/homebrew_channel/homebrew_channel.elf and its suppost to be
a=wiiu/apps/signpatcher/sign_patcher.elf not
a=wiiu/apps/singpatcher/sign_patcher.elf

just shaved off another 10 seconds from the patched system menu bootup video from yesterday using some new patching tech, this is great, 30 second launch :P
oh and also, NO syshax.xml or anything is required for this so its quite ideal for what we want.

Nice! Need some testers (you probably don't but I'd love to try it out)? I'm not afraid to solder a Teensy to my Wii U should I brick it. Also would it be possible in future releases to make configuration changes to the Haxchi title without uninstalling and then reinstalling? It's not that it's difficult to do. I just worry that Nintendo could update the VC DS emulator and break the exploit.

uh thats already doable, just run the haxchi installer again, I even wrote that on the first post...
anyways after all I dont think I'll even support a config.txt for this coldboot version simply because of how early this is all in the boot stage.

I see in the instructions it only loads homebrew launcher 1.4.. I can only seen to find 1.2rc3. I'll dig a little more but help would be appreciated. Nevermind, found it.

Cool. Sorry, for some reason I thought that if you already had Haxchi installed it would error out. I guess that's a "no" to my "Can I haz autobootz now?" question. I'll try to exercise patience.

So will this work on a DS title installed using the Brazilian method? Can it be installed to USB?

...Just kidding :P

Is haxchi not supposed to work on rednand? I just installed it on my sysnand. It works fine. But when I go into rednand, it's not there. Just a question mark.

When I try to delete it, I get an error and have to shutdown my system. Is this normal? Is haxchi not supposed to show up on rednand?

Hate to be the guy that doesn't even answer your question but what purpose is there for Haxchi within redNAND? For that matter why even use redNAND anymore? Sigpatched sysNAND can do everything redNAND can do and doesn't have all the drawbacks.

Haxchi is on your sysNAND internal storage, Right? You need to move it to a HDD within sysNAND, Then launch redNAND & it'll be visable without the question mark.

Just to clarify, are we really recommending against a redNAND now? Why has the stance on this suddenly changed?
