    I have a 500gb FreeAgent SeaGate HDD.
How can I convert this HDD into FAT32 or a format used for USB Loaders?

You need to use a third party program to format it, since Windows won't format that size to FAT32. Download Compuapps Swissknife (free program), and use it to format your drive/partition to FAT32. Then download WBFS Manager 3.0.1 (x86 for XP, or X64 for Vista), and use it format your FAT32 partition to WBFS.

Just tried Swissknife... the GUI makes me feel like I went back in time back to Win98.. lol.
If you want a simple formatting tool, google and download fat32format (freeware). It's DOS command-line based but works great...
