Yeah really, normally when a UK flag is displayed under your avatar it means you live in well..... the UK which is a PAL country, which this release is well... a PAL release, so why the fook would i wait for a NTSC version to be released to buy that one instead......

Being in a country doesn't mean your stuff comes from there.
Case in point, I'm a New Zealander, but a few of my games are American or European.

He could've imported his Wii.

As for me, manually updated 4.2E (latest IOSes with no stubs) cIOS Rev 17, using the first released version, and it's running fine from USB under USB Loader GX Rev 908 (IIRC), loaded the Alt Dol the first run, which caused a code dump, run the game normally and it was fine.

Theres absolutely nothing wrong with the GEHENNA dump. It works perfectly on my USB HD (i dont use DVD loading any more). I use 'Configurable USB loader'.

I never have any trouble with games... maybe i'm just lucky!

I'm still using 3.2 firmware so i maybe haven't got all the anti-piracy bullshit nintendo added in the later versions.

it worked first time, with NO trouble at all and i havent updated any IOS's since NSMB, and still using rev14!

I've started the 3rd world(Kataraka) and about 2-3 missions into it,

are people having trouble at a certain mission/point?

I'm running a softmodded 3.2U Wii (No HDD, just DVD-R's), with the PAL version of the game, and it's working fine.

Remember: You NEED a Wii Motion Plus to play, which is around $17-25.

I thought I had to use Geckos OS because it's a different region, but I realized mine doesn't work anymore. Then I used the launcher I have to use for Wii Sports Resort.

Just look up the thread to get Wii Sports Resort working. I did it a while ago.

I'm guessing all Wii Motion Plus games will have the same problems in the future.

Also, the game is amazing! I ordered it off Amazon a few weeks ago, but couldn't resist playing it early.

If you like the game, GO OUT AND BUY IT!!! MAYBE WE WILL SEE A THIRD!!!

lol damn faulty dump or its my usb drive. Time to format.. It did that with No More Heroes 2.. Kept on freezing at a certain part..grrr. So do you guyys like the game I think its epic

I can confirm Its probably The GEHENNA dump.. More reports of the same problem i'm having..

I'm using that dump, and it's fine...

The videos are a little laggy, and every once in a while, the screen will go black for a second and say, "Reading Disc" but it hasn't happened for a while now.

The people that have got the game to go blank and say reading disc. Does it loop forever for you guys? Or..Does it get passed that for anyone. Mine keeps on saying reading disc for a long time.. Untill I get tired of waiting and turn it off. >.<

Well they say the videos laggy. but one other guy named wrecked on the site has the same thing as me. says it pauses every so often and says reading disc..

From what I can tell those with the "reading disc" message just wait and it's fine.

If you are running it from disc I suspect a dirty laser but your running form USB ? hmmm no idea then.

Surely it can't be a bad dump as hundreds of people have downloaded it and only 1 or 2 people have the problem you have.

well its working perfectly on my wii dont know about the 3rd chapter cos i aint got ther yet
im on 3.2e pal waninkos rev 17 playing through usb loader gx
perfect so far awesome game too by the way

Running it off Configurable USB loader, and the whole game's in black and white for some reason. Very odd.

NTSC wii and... pretty recent firmwares I believe >_>

Edit: nevermind, set video to forced NTSC and it worked.

i am using the latest version of usb loader gx on cios rev 17 and when i load the game it boots me back to the wii menu. has anybody else gotten this problem?


and i don't have Wii motion +, but surely the game should at least load and tell me that i need to connect it or something...

The reason you getting kicked to the menu is cause you have the launch an alt-dol to watch the WM+ tutorial video then turn alt-dol off and the game will work but you wont get place the WM+ screen without one.

i extract the main.dol from red steel 2 and open it using genric wii patcher, but when searching for error 001 & 002 generic wii patchr cannot find it anywhere!!

ignoring this i burnt it anyway and tried to run it through neogamma r8 but to no suprise error 001 detection comes up!!

can anyone help me please any help would be appreciated and i have looked around and tried installing ios 53 but still same problem.
