PS1/2 Having problems burning ps2 games

So I recently got swapmagic and it's worked out pretty well. But there are a few games that don't burn correctly. For example, I have shadow of the colossus and when I burn it I get an error saying that the filesizes are incorrect. I had the same problem with FF7 Dirge of Cerberus but I just pressed no to fix the file sizes and it works fine. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for shadow of the colossus and I've already made a few coasters trying to get a good working dvd. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

If you already have the ISO, you pirating whore (EDIT FOR SARCASM ALERT!!!!), just skip the read and write the ISO to a disc.

Funny to see the term "pirating whore" on a forum pretty much devoted to piracy. Anyway, I know how to write ISO's and all that junk. I'm just having a specific problem with shadow of the colossus and am wondering whether the "fix file size" popup happens to any of you. I use ImgBurn if that's any help.
