so i have an n3ds, and it is only a 32 gb, all I have is a phone to work with, and I was wondering, if I get a 2nd 32gb sd card, can I just transfer all the necessary hack files, can I install more games?? basically one sd card reads so so games,, and the other reads different ones

since the games are installed into the system,, both micro sd cards would register different games completely in the home menu then??

Games are (usually) installed on the SD. Just copy everything from the first SD card to the other and you'll be done. As long as you're not using an emunand.

Edit: Misread
Yeah you should just get a 64gb,that would be a lot simpler.

I really wouldn't suggest doing this, as it's much less practical than just getting a 64gb card & formatting it to FAT32 before copy/pasting the files over.

You might be able, but have to format it at first, also make sure you copy all the folders (included the hidden ones)

Uh hidden files I would be using an Android phone to copy files over. Who knows maybe I can reorder a new battery for my s4, but kinda makes me made Amazon ripped me off basically.

if its a "Fullfilled by amazon" listing persue them to no end *Espically* if your a prime. they usally will refund. 3rd party listings take a lil longer to get a refund. i've had a few issues w/ Prime shipments late or Not arriving. got a refund and for items that were horribly late 1Week+ got to keep teh item gratis ontop of it.

Even if the card is larger than 32GB you should be able to use the phone to format it to FAT32 then it will work in both the phone and 3DS.
Better yet, if you have GodMode9 you can load it, unmount the card, switch it for the 64GB one then format it with the option in GM9, which will format it with the recommended settings.

you have a new 3DS, even if it works, removing the card and putting another one requires a screw driver

so my phone specs say it can only read a 32 gb,, but you think it can actually read up to a 64 gb if I format it with godmode9

the new 3DS can read any card up to at least 128gb, but more than 32gb and you wont be able to format it on exfat, only fat32, therefore reading and writing will be much slower
