Hacking Have you reccomended your friends the CycloDS?

Since they think it's too pricy and already have a cheaper flash cart, they don't want to buy it even though I try convincing them.

No, mainly cause I want to have a better flashcard while they have an ok one. ha ha.

Okay seriously, I was going to recommend it to them, but seeing as all they want to use it for is DS games, then I might as well say they should get an Acekard 2, and I didn't want to to spend £30 getting them the CycloDS.

Also, I am the jealous type, I just hope they don't find out I kinda lied to them.

I recommended two of my friends to buy CycloDS, and sure enough they bought them. Once you spill out all the reasons to get one to them it was not hard for the,m to make a decision.

I have lots of family members w/ DS's and i've definitely recommended it to them although i think some of the cheaper ones will go with cheaper flash cards for their kids.

I recommended my CycloDS to my friend, he got it.
I recommended it to my cousin who told his brother who told his parents who told their brothers and sisters and what not so now I have like 5 cousins that want it as a present from their mom and dad

Neither would I. I'd buy 20 DSTT clones off DXextreme and then charge cyclo-ds prices for them... they would still be happy, but not as happy as me.

I've already recommended it to a couple and got one to buy it. I told him there are much cheaper alternatives but that the CycloDS is arguably the best one.

None of my friends have a DS but if they did I would definetely recommend one.

None of my friends would ever pirate ANYTHING. So recommend a CDS just for homebrew - even though I doubt they would even use hb software - ? No.

i recommended my friend get a cyclo. . He got an R4 with a 4 GB sdhc card. i felt pretty sorry for him :/

Yes, I love the amount of 'polish' that has obviously been put into the CycloDS Evolution. The little touches that make it shine above the 'competitors', and make it obvious how much thought has been put into the design and then the testing to follow this up.

I have, but none of them ended up buying one, because they don't wanna spend much on them, and plus I like having a better card than my friends... so I usually end up telling them about all of the other cheaper alternatives.

Like one time my friend was about to have a battle through Pokemon Battle Revolution with his cousin, him with an R4 and his cousin with a real game. Of course, his R4 didn't work, so I handed him my Cyclo and let him use it for that battle. Yay for onboard OS! xP

Most of my friends have R4s. I already feel sorry for them, and I can't wait to see what happens when all new games quit working on them.

My buddy who bought me my original R4DS. I picked up a CycloDS & 8GB card and handed down my R4 to my daughter. After some time he made the switch to the CycloDS, too...though, of course, he had to 2-up me with not 1 but 2 16GB cards...the jerk.

Tell them to get the DSTT cause you can get it for less than $10. And my friends never listen to my recommendations even though i recommended them the Cyclo and other good carts
