Because having 1000's of disgruntled customers instead of a few means more complaints, not rocket science. Anyway, care to explain why the tracking information doesn't work? MY order was dispatched on the 17th using EMS, care to explain what's happened to it? I'm not the only one with that problem either.

I've ordered a Gateway card on Dec 15, and aftership is stuck at "Item sent to country of destination" since Dec 18.

The delay is probably due to xmas and the end of the year, I'll wait a little bit more before making up some crazy theories that would involve the illuminati

If you chose "Priority AirMail" then it's only trackable until it leaves the country (cyprus) in which case your gateway might be in the UK by now.

Every time Im using Royal Mail or DHL the tracking number is not found until they first scan it. No reason to worry here.

I seriously recommend teensy, they may be more expensive but they ship on time and customer service is always great. I regret not choosing them this time around, just to save a few quid

OK guys, they finally responded after I opened up a dispute on Paypal. They said they will contact the carrier tomorrow and confirmed the fact that the tracking information says "EXPIRED"

So for anyone whos in a similar situation, perhaps there's light at the end of the tunnel after all. All the best!

Ok , I am also from Spain. Is "Correos" who delivers the package? Does it appear sometime tracking number on the page "Correos"?
