You also could use Tweetdeck. It's a program that lets you add Tweets ect for Twitter, facebook and some more.

There's a site called Brizzly that does the same but I use Tweetdeck.

I use Tweetdeck for that stuff. But I don't do it anymore.

You also could use Tweetdeck. It's a program that lets you add Tweets ect for Twitter, facebook and some more.

Tweetdeck is rubbish for Facebook (at least, with the Android app)
