It just means that the LocalFriendCodeSeed is part of the ConsoleID. So, in fact, injecting that seed is changing the ConsoleID TO THAT file. Not all of them. But to be safe, it would be better to do that and also use movable.sed from where you get it, to avoid long term issues since it can be used in case movable.sed gets an issue.I didn't understand a single word of what you just said.
But does this mean the bypass is safe?
EDIT: Also, it means that if you or the console that gave you that id gets banned, both will be banned.
