Homebrew HarmoKnight launching homebrew?

Whenever I play level 2-3 of HarmoKnight, named Riding the Rails, after a certain part, homebrew launches but fails, with the bottom screen flashing colors like with menuhax. I have an o3DS with sysNAND 9.2, rxTools (haven't gotten around to emuNAND yet). Does anyone know why this happens? (Maybe harmohax confirmed??????)
