On HackMii installer v0.2, I installed just the Homebrew Channel, but it froze on "Unable to mount file system, could not flush log to SD". I have not yet turned the Wii off, incase it stuffs it up. But is the Homebrew Channel still installed?
Seems, that your SD card is not compatible. You should try a non-SDHC, if you were using one... and another in general. I don't know, if the HBC is installed, but with Bannerbomb you won't have any problems in running HackMii Installer again.
