ROM Hack Hack to reorder the platinum pokedex

Yo. I'm just wondering if there's a hack out there that lets you change the platinum pokedex (ex: No 151 is Manaphy but say you wanted to change it to pikachu) and then change a pokemon's locations to accomondate their being different pokemon.
