Same question here !So my old 3DS got banned and I just got a new one today. My question is: How safe would it be to use the save from the copy of moon that got me into this mess in the first place? I'm pretty sketched out.
Weird, I used the latest version of JKSM to transfer my save and the game says the save is corrupted. I even passed the introduction and saved on the new game before attempting to restore saves. Seems to be a console-specific issue on my side though.
Oh well, since I hadn't progressed that much in the first place anyway I can just replay the game.
No you don't this was only the case inIn JKSM, you have to delete secure value of the legit game first before inject the save from the leak.
I faced the same problem, only deleting the secure value of save then i can inject the save without corrupting. No you don't this was only the case in Devmenu
Sorry, forgot to mention that I also deleted the secure value prior to restoring the save.In JKSM, you have to delete secure value of the legit game first before injecting the save from the leak.

Another person I know had a problem with this. Make sure you launched the game and got to the selecting your language screen first.Weird, I used the latest version of JKSM to transfer my save and the game says the save is corrupted. Yes, that should be possible although I haven't used Citra with this.TL;DR, therefore just one question:
If you play the game on citra "now", get the retail copy later, can you also inject that ?
You should be fine to use that one although I'm not entirely sure. Maybe another user can confirm.Same question here !
Yes, you're fine to play online if the date says you started before the release day.People saying adventure starting date will ban you, but the console has its own clock, so does that mean if my perfectly legit 3ds and game has the clock to the wrong day and I play this game, that will ban me?
Does not make sense to me... Unless the console when connecting to the internet forces to update the date and time
Then why people telling that Nintendo knows because the play jornal has a starting date before the release.. And people claiming they got banned after the releasesband point the adventure start dateYes, you're fine to play online if the date says you started before the release day.
The version has 0 instead 32/64 and people are freaking out about that despite all cart to cias have v0. (My X dump is v0 and no ban)what is the problem with the leaked cia game????
