No loadiine does not work on 5.5.1 yet for everyone. You can get .bin by compiling Homebrews. The exact Tutorials are on the first post. However there is no point in doing so unless you are a Developer.

No, he means homebrew. "Homebrew" means programs made by the community (or anyway some not-official developers) that can run in the system using exploits/alternative entrypoints. Example homebrews are pong, tictactoe, snake, cave, misteriU, emulators and also the homebrew launcher and loadiine. Just, loadiine and homebrew launcher require kernel exploit that we actually don't have on 5.5
