As said by others above, I used the Arm7 from Bomberman 2, and the Arm9 from the patch. It worked! And wi-fi works too

I've patched this game with dslazy but the game only works when starting with "Y" on my M3 DS Real.
Is there a way i can start it the normal way with "A" like every other game?

There is a hacked Rom out there, which does happen to work without doing anything~

Dragged & Dropped it, and it happened to work~
I Use R4 1.18~ and it should be working on most flash cards~

i have not done anything else~

Hmm.. Anyone can explain how this patch works? Does it try to save everything into a 512kb save instead of 1MB?

Cause if it does that.. What happens when it wants to save stuff bigger than 512kb?
Or does this patch do something else?

if i use the bomberman 2 idea fix, do i only need to replace arm7 or do i still need to replace arm9?

Edit: must replace the arm9 and replacing the arm7 with the bomberman 2's will make wifi work, as well as offline multiplayer

im too lazy to read through 19 pages

ive patched with arm7 and arm9 and the game works.....however

multiplayer menus which i tried (local multicard play) my friend tried to set up a game and i couldn't see in the join games section and im not sure if he could create the game then we could not exit the menu or anything
we spammed buttons, tapped on the pda exit and back options but the menu would not change. we could still get infomation about stuff on screen so it wasn't a freeze.

also i did a tank time trial drive thingy and after it took a long time to change and exit menus


i understand the arm patching is a little workaround and am curious are dedicated hackers working to make the game completely playable?

Well... It works like a charm on my M3 Perfect Cf so it will probably work for you too. It's sooo simple

Find the rom and the patch, extract, (check the filename), patch and play

Has anyone got it working on DSN5?

Because i'm pretty sure i'm doing something wrong.

this is what i did

- I made a backup
- I patched the backup with the deltapatch
- Opened the DSLazy application
- unpacked the patched rom, and saved the arm9 file in a save place
- unpacked the original rom
- replaced the ARM9 file with the one from the patch
- Clicked 'NDS Packer'
- saved it, and put it on my card.

it didn't work with any of the 2 patches. am i doing something wrong?

I've just checked the hacked rom, it's the same - i get a black screen when starting with "A".
I need to start it with "Y" too to play, this sucks.

So is there a way to fix that?

Hey I used the arm7 and arm9 patch for my M3real and it worked, do i need to unpatch the arm7 and use the cheat code for any reason like future crashes

Got it to work with the CycloDS thanks to the ARM9 patching.
