I guess the only way we could EVER take control of helis would be:

"ingame cheats"
"Actionreplay Codes"

I can't think of other ways...

And besides.. I can't think of ways to enter helis... the most I see are seen when the chase me lol.

I wish the jets on the airport could be flyable.

Found a camera that was missing landofoz, perhaps 96. Found in northwood.

Red Dot = In East Holland, on top of the police station, you climb the stairs, another camera. 97. only 3 more..
Green Dot = East Side Escapade, you go inside a car that is sitting in front of graffiti on a wall, and race to collect orbs in a target time.


Big Pants Unlockable: (This double's the amount of drugs you can carry, so 100)
You must complete 2 separate delivery missions, I don't believe time is a factor, just completing all the delivery's with Gold medals is as far as I did it.

First location is:

Blue Delivery Truck parked in Middle East Park


Second location is:

Delivery Truck parked in industrial.

and they explode i washed all the fire but still dosent give me anything says i fail

Also, there is a mission from a hot dog guy that wants to track his wife. Not sure on the exact location though.

I remember him lurking around somewhere in an alley near Chang's Warehouse.

Also something I found is that when you try and drive a Police Car into a Pay n Spray the dude will reject you and say "Naw man I don't touch those" or something along the lines of that.

That is in every gta.you can`t paint police cars,cabs,accident or fireman cars.

You have to use a cheat. Just quickly:

Change Hearse into Helicopter (by Skiller)

NOTE: This is not my code.

This changes the Hearse at the car dealer in BOABA into the helicopter instead. It's possible to change any vehicle at the garage into any other one, but the Hearse is cheapest, and the first vehicle available. So it's $300, or if you're stingy, there's also a cheat to make the car dealer sell everything for free. Controls are as follows:

A: Shoot
B: Rise
X: Jump out
Y: Fall
L: Turn left
R: Turn right
D-pad: Move (left and right strafe)

Some notes: No radio, and you can't get back in the chopper once you've left it. You can jump out from any height without taking damage. You can jump onto the tops of buildings, but you might occasionally fall through them.
