Hacking gPSP cheats

I'm trying to convert GS cheats to AR v3 using ARCrypt, but they don't come out well for some reason.
Here are the cheats:

Now, after converting it SHOULD look like this:
8DEB234A 4C8DC5EC

But when I use ARCrypt, I get the same code as I entered :/
What am I doing wrong?

Nevermind, had to decrypt the codes.
