    I'd go ask at GP2X forums. Or use Google or Wikipedia. Or some combination of the above.

    short answer is no. And if by 'and everything' you mean 100% compatibility then gp2x is unable to emulate anything up to that standard.

    Uh... what? GP2X can play GBA just fine. It uses a dynarec-enabled port of gpSP (PSP's GBA emulator), call gpSP2X.
