Hacking Goshdang private header problem

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, as usual, but I need help with this thing.
I bought a private header two months ago and I still can't get the damn thing to work. I updated the Sky3DS to 112, I made sure to copy the exact code into the settings, made sure to delete the .sav after editing the .cfg with all three thingalings (AE, C2, 45), made sure to update the system and the game if needed, tried with multiple games with different methods and I still get the damn 002-123 everytime! I JUST WANT TO 100% THE DAMN KALOS DEX.

So what am I doing wrong? Do I have to put the games in the Sky3DS using the USB cable even though it takes all day or something? Is the private header the guy sold me fake? Am I doomed to never complete the PokéDex until I get money to buy the game?

Too high now since I updated the system to try online with the header

Can you post a pic BLOCKING OUT THE HEADER from BOTH the setting.txt and Cfg?

Here ya go. I don't have the "CREATE_PER_GAME_SETTINGS=1" because I was testing out one of the methods, it didn't work with or without it

Add CREATE_PER_GAME_SETTINGS=1 again and try to cycle through AE, C2, 45?

You only need to delete SAV with changes to GAMESAVE_KEY.

What region was the game from the originating header? What was the game? What region is the Pokemon game you are attempting to play?

I added it and cycled between all three without deleting the .sav and still didn't work. Sigh.
The header is US for sure, I double checked with the guy, I don't know the game he extracted from and it's US

Which line are you changing C2, AE, 48?

Also any spaces in the header you entered?

The first two of the CART_ID and no spaces, I made sure to type it instead of copying it too.
Man, maybe the header really is fake? I'm pretty sure I'm not goofing anything here

At this point yeah I don't see any issue. Your setup is the exact same as mine. The only thing I can think is maybe he messed up when he typed up the header and had a typo, hopefully you can contact him and sort it out. At least ur not banned! Could be worse.

Just get a power saves + copy of steel diver and rip your own header.
