Hi everyone,
it just occurred to me that maybe the Godot Engine might be the best engine for people to get started in Homebrew Development, the Engine is entirely opensource and there are ThirdParty exporters for the Switch already (only for official and licensed games).
I have also seen that there was a project to export from Godot to the 3DS. Are there currently planned projects to develop a Switch homebrew exporter for Godot?
It is a fairly easy to learn engine for 2D and 3D and capable to compete with the other big engines out there. And no licensing or anything similar.
If there are any projects like that planned i would gladly help, as i am using Godot myself, but i honestly don't have the needed low level development experience to make a project like that happen myself.
