Hacking Getting Wii game from dvd-r to USB hard drive

If I have a dvd-r with a backup Wii game, how can I transfer that game onto my USB harddrive (that I currently use to load games using USB Loader GX)?

it's interesting me that thing, how much time will it takes to dump the game on the USB Drive with USB Loader ? i tried ISO Dumper but it took at least 2-3 hours so it was too long to dump it ..

Sorry, I missed one part....

I have a Wii backup game in DVD-R (Ritek), but my Wii does not read Ritek DVDs. How can I get that game onto my computer so then I can transfer it to my USB hdd?

Imgburn perfect for the job even tells you the name of the disk in windows depending on your comp you could rip it in as little as 5 minutes
