On my new 3ds I have loaded the Homebrew starter kit, the correct Soundhax, created the otherapp.bin all in root of the SD card (New and my firmware version) and trying to play simply generates an error in Nintendo Sound app of "Unable to Open" for the m4a file on the SD card. Any advice on what I missed here?
What version is your firmware? Anything over 11.3 has been patched and will not work.
