Well i just turned 15 today (woot), and i was wondering where are good places to apply for jobs at. I live in england most places such as supermarkets require you to be 16. Anyone got some ideas about where to apply too, i was thinking just some restaurants or catering companys around town.

    Thanks

Paperboy is not a good job: stupid hours and minimal pay so I would not do that.

Your best chance would be to try and get onboard with a delivery company and help out there although seen as new years has just passed places may not be that interested (fruit and vegetables is usually pretty good).

Restaurants usually like older people, especially ones that serve alcohol which are just about the only places to make some halfway decent cash.

Catering will mean you run stuff around and/or do washing up and is not half bad if you can get it.

There are alot of restrictions on what work you can do, how many hours and when those are.

    This website might help you.

Volunteer a few hours a week to gain more experience (best places are non profit organisations as they need the most help and will certainly teach you a lot so you can handle things)

It's all I can think of right now [IMG]

I do a paper round. It sucks.
Im getting a job at the local rugby club collecting glasses in the bar though.

Its surprising the amount of jobs you can get at this age.
