EXPLOIT NO LONGER WORKS!

All you need to do is make a Chinese email account and go to Xbox.com to download the game.
When you sign into your normal profile the game still works.
I just queued it myself.

Steps:
1. Go to live.com and make a Chinese email. Use another email for security code
2. Go to xbox.com and register a new Chinese Gamertag using that email.

The game's language will play in what ever region your Xbox is set too!

If you were lucky enough to queue the download make sure you migrate the account to your own region before you download the game.

I tried this, and it does say Free. But for some reason when clicking on the "Download to Xbox 360" button it tries to charge me 3200 MS Points.
So for anyone trying to do this, make sure when browsing the xbox website the url always has the zh-CN in it. Otherwise it isn't chinese and won't let you purchase the game for free. I made the mistake of creating the chinese account and then creating the xbox account on the english website. But in the end I got it sorted out. Took all of 5 minutes. Downloading the game right now.

The language is whatever your xbox is set to, but for some reason the game isn't working for me anymore. I am just getting errors. I wonder if they stopped it :/

you have to keep it always on, if you remove the account you wont be able to play ac3 anymore
you just use this china account to download it, then you can play it on your main account

I did this a few hours ago. It's very easy to do too lol but the game is 7.7GB and I haven't even checked if its done downloading.

I made my email as Jackie Chan and the gamertag it gave me is:
InfertileWhale8
LOL
Anyway it worked as when I click the tab it now says: 完成 (complete).
So when I get home I recover the chinese tag, go to history and download!
