Hacking Gecko wont let me load channels

Sorry if this is a dumb question but ever since Ive tried brawl plus it changed the settings to were it doesn't give me the option to load channels. Ive deleted brawl plus completely and it still wont let me. Ive even tried reinstalling Gecko and still the same thing. Anyone know whats wrong?

use multi mod manager to patch ios36 or modmii if you want to do it offline
