Hi All,

i didn't use my Wii for a long time (1 or 2 years) and now the GC games on my HD can not be seen & loaded anymore :(
All loaders can find the drive but they do not see anymore the files. Even Wii Backup Manager can not see anything.

How can I manage to have my HD working again as I have all my games on it and downloaded all corresponding covers in due time ???
I don't want to loose anything.

My HD was converted to FAT32 since the beginning.
Files were automatically named by Nintendo codename and inside each folder there is game1.iso or 2 files (if the game is big).
All files are at root.
I updated all loaders (Configurable USBLoader, USBLoader GX, Neogamma, WiiFlow)

All files are at root? I don't know if I understand it correctly, but Wii games are supposed to be in the wbfs folder, and GC games in the games folder

All files are at root.

what are you talking about?

GC games can never be too big and they should be named: SD/USD:\\games\Any Name\game.iso (and disc2.iso if its a two disc game)
Wii games are named as: SD/USD:\\wbfs\title [ID6]\ID6.wbfs

you can use Wii Backup Manager to TRANSFER your Wii iso from PC to your HDD and place/name them automatically but not for GC games.

My HD has only GC games and they were always at root, but each game inside the corresponding Nintendo Folder-name (ex: D4BP01).
It worked as long as I was playing them but now not anymore.

My GC games were transfert to my HD and folders were created with the tool to transfer them which named the folders automatically.
They are at USB:\\FOLDERNAME\game.iso (and disc2.iso if its a two disc game)

As I mentioned this way working smoothly for a couple of years but now files on my HD are no more recognized, the size of HD is showed but with 0 games.

I installed Nintendont and moved my gc folder games to \games and now it works.

I can't explain why previously it was working...
