Are you using Nintendont? Update it if you haven't already.

While you're at it, update your loader (GX, Wiiflow, CFG USBloader).

Where are your games located?

my games are in a hdd 1To, FAT32 and 32k clusters

Is your hard drive partitioned in MBR and not GPT?

You might need a Y-cable for the hard drive for better connectivity (maybe, maybe not ).

okay, after simultaneous checks, repairs and updates, i can proudly say that everything is fixed, playing well, and not crashing at all

well i partitionned my disk MBR, updated nintendont, cIOS, USB Loader GX, and put the gamecube bios in my disk. so now i can launch ALL games from USB Loader GX

I used to have random crashes too but with animal crossing city folk, I fixed it by changing the cios in the USB loader GX settings, maybe this could help you.
However, while technically USB loader GX can load GameCube games it will still put you in nintendont so I'm not sure if the same settings will still apply there.

I checked and it doesn't seem you can change cios on GameCube games on USB loader GX

If you still want to add them your GameCube games should be on the root of your SD/USB like this: SD-USB/games/name-of-the-game/game.iso

i just found out that riiconnect was messing with nintendont, i used it the DNS way but i don't know how to really remove it
