Hacking GC backups from Disc Channel

I've searched around but I didn't find a definitive answer.
Is GC backup loading from Disc channel Softmii/cIOSCOPR exclusive? Or does that have nothing to do with it?

I've tried both waninkoko's mIOS installer and wiigator's mIOS installer (by pressing X then A). I am able to load the game flawlessly through the HBC channel but not through the disc channel. It's not much of a nuance to load through HBC but I was wondering how I could load through Disc Channel.

Even i have heard it, but it dosent work! No way yet!

Did you change how the mIOS is installed? When you are setting it up, you have to set it to work with gcbackuplauncher and Disc Channel. I know it works for me, although I also have SoftMii and all the other stuff.

Maybe I'm missing your question though.
