Wow, now my internal reviews of all the GBA games I've played that I wrote for fun after each completion will come in handy (god that's a lot, too). xD
Anyway about the nationality "penalty", OF COURSE you should consider the language and grammar etc used by a native English talking person into the score, and not really compare it too much with non-English persons. If it will be like some English/American guys here says (no disadvantage of being native English), then I won't bother competing because I don't want to be raped by them just because they were born in the "right" country.
(Btw, won't matter which flag you'll use because they have the IP:s to track)
And yes I agree with previous poster that this is a "false" way of sending out a message, but I think prizes is what's needed anyway to motivate people to write reviews... after all we don't have so much free time and not many would put down work on reviews on this particular expensive time.
