The quiz is open to all members except staff.
We decided to go down the GBA route so long time members with the forum from the start have a better chance to win, as they will have followed the GBA scene closely, wheras newer members are more likely to be more DS orientated.

The ItouchDS can run Sakura firmware, has SDHC and cheat support and is an all round, great budget card. With Sakura fw it's basically an M3 Real.
With the newer firmware the card is also very stable, and we will be updating the ItouchDS review to reflect that.
I was lucky enough to have a few of these cards some months ago, and then, as well as now, I haven't encountered any of the problems mentioned in the review.

We haven't finalized the questions just yet, but once we have done so the quiz will be open.

Give enough time inbetween announcement and opening to allow lurkers to register, but keep it so that people don't register, take the quiz, and never come back again. I know it's selfish, but i know others would agree with me.

It's not selfish, it's just that it's unfair that people could make new accounts just so they can take the quiz again, or just like you said, just take the quiz and never use the site again. I've never ever won anything on a contest, and I'm going to see if this could be it
