Nooooo don't add that. Aside from adding people I actually like (which is what I've done so far) I plan on using this list to keep tabs on potential problem users, and I don't want them to think I want to be best buds, and if they read this post I also don't want people I do like to think I added them because they could be a problem to the forum.

Well maybe using the 'Message Me' field could determine whether they were buddies or not, or something... Not sure how it would work though.

If you want a list of people to keep an eye on, and you want it to behave differently from the regular buddy list, why not just add a second "buddy" list that only the staff can use?
