Emulation GBADSi Slot 1 emulator. Is it legit?

Stumbling around the internet, I came across this. As a DSi owner, it's like a dream come true. But I need to know if it really works.

It seems kinda shifty to me. Has anybody bought it?

I noticed that too, which made me think it's a scam.

It's a little shady, but I don't think it's a scam as it clearly states that it runs on the iPlayer cards and links to ishopvideogame.com if you click on the buy button (although it uses a referral link).

One thing that intrigued me about GBADSi over darkchen's emulator was this

well any flashcart is able to emulate gameboy color, nes, snes, genesis...but the iplayer can emulate gba too(i have an iplayer and the emulator is ok)

Wait, isn't this an iPlayer dealer? It's still darkchen's emulator, it's just that this (admittedly shoddy) site is pushing the YOU CAN PLAY GBA issue.
