ROM Hack GBA rom injector sizing issue

Not sure if this is supposed to go in this forum because i'm talking about the GBA vc injector which converts roms to cia files and i wasn't sure if that is in the forum rules

Before you create the CIA make sure that your screen scale on Windows is set at 100% in Settings> Display> Scale and layout.

Then try to create the CIA again.
