Hacking GBA/n64 roms on wiiu HELP!

Hi folks I have several roms that id like to play on the wiiu, these would be WWE/WWF games that i would like to play on the gamepad. Currently im on 5.3.2 with loadiine gx2 running well. is there a program that i can load the rom into and it will produce a working file structure (kinda like uwizard) for both n64 and gba roms? or can anyone point me in the direction of how to go about making these roms conmpatible with loadiine?? many thanks for any help

Pretty sure you can just run it on vwii emulator
