Same here. In El Paso just minutes away from the border. I have no idea why they're not coming up. Just the NES games and the video demos I've downloaded appear.

Im in Harlingen, they seem to be unlocking the games to certain accounts in order to control the load of users so that it doesn't over load their servers.

All the Americans were complaining about not getting the GBA games fast enough, when it only took about a day after Australia (first to get them).
