Hacking GBA Emulation - SCDS 2 or EZ 3in1?

Hi Temps,
i am considering buying a new flash card for my DS, im currently using a Lite+r4 ds original and 2 gig sd.My only considerations being - GBA Emulation, and the ability to use sdhc cards.I have so far whittled it down to either getting an r4 sdhc, 8gig sd, and a EZ 3in1, or a SCDS 2 with 8 gig sd.Im not sure how good GBA compatibilty is with SCDS 2, or how easy it would be to set up a 3in1 with a r4 sdhc particulary with all the clones.any advice on all of this and reccomendations on sdhc cards, class etc would be greatly apprieciated.

The EZ 3in1 does not emulate the GBA it uses the GBA Hardware built in to the DS. This means that unlike Emulation it has 100% compatibility and runs games at perfect speed. However I am unsure of it's compatibility with the R4-SDHC.com card (assuming that is the card you meant you were going for)

The SCDS2 has the best GBA emulator for any flashcard however it is not 100%. Some games run very slow and others not at all (mainly the NES classic series bet that's what NESDS is for).

Personally if I was you I would get an Acekard and the EZ 3in1 because the Acekard definitely works with the 3in1 and it has superb NDS game compatibility.

EZ 3 in 1 runs in native mode. And, the utility to transfer roms to it must be run from a SLOT1 flashcard using a homebrew like GBAExploader. Be sure to patch the GBAExploader utility with a dldi (FAT driver) compatible with your card. There´s plenty of tutorials here regarding to dldi patch a DS homebrew.

definitely get the ez 3 in 1 cuz u have an r4 and the lite. I really enjoyed playing that way and u also get rumble and expansion ram (it didnt work with me though on wood) ... only that my rumble didnt work with original firmware or yasu even and i see nothing wrong.
