Hacking GBA cheats on R4?

Hey guys, so i have a ds lite an r4 dual core 2013 and pokemon fire red.
I was wondering if it is possible to load cheats from the R4 for use on the retail fire red cartridge OR if thats not possible play gba games on the R4 without buying somthing like 3in1 expansion pak?
EDIT: or something like NitroHax (basically an emulated datel action replay homebrew) for GBA?

You can't remove the GBA cart once your in GBA mode on a DS/L. You can apply the cheats directly to the rom.

There is NO SLOT1 cheat device for GBA.
