Homebrew GBA Action Replay on a Sot-1 card?

So I'm aware that you can't emulate GBA games on a slot-1 card, but I was wondering... is there any kind of Action Replay tool for slot-2 games? I mean, if you were to have the actual game in slot-2, load some kind of Action Replay-esque tool from a slot-1 card, and then play the slot-2 game with whatever codes applied. Is there anything like this out there?

I was wondering the same thing, as I have Pokemon Fire Red and Emerald.

From what ive heard the DS can not access the memory once its in GBA mode. So its not impossible, but unlikely that you are
able to create some sort of homebrew like NitroHax to cheat on real GBA games (carts).
